View DND status of a User

Can I view and change the DND status of one of the phones I administer?

Hello @jghumphrey 

 

Welcome to Zoom community. This is doable for Users and common area phones remotely ( which is what I suppose you want to do):

 

1. Desk phone Assigned to a user: You can lock the screen under settings :

Above and beyond, if these are common area phones or assigned to users, You can set DND on phones by logging into their Web admin interface: ( for example: See this article for Yealink phones, Same will apply to Poly phones or audiocodes etc supported phones )
