Hi, good morning.

We have a problem when verifying the installation of zoom on the mobile phone, as we are in the middle of changing telecommunications company, and we can not receive sms.
Is there any alternative method of confirmation, independent of the phone line?

At what point are you being sent the SMS ? Mobile installation of the app shouldn't require an SMS to be sent. Steps here for iOS and Android mobile devices:
