Using 1 number for all users to use SMS

Hi,

 

Is it possible to use 1 number for all users to receive and send SMS? How do I set that up? Thanks

Power pack supports this. However, those users will all need a power pack license and be part of a call queue or shared line group. Anyone who does not have a power pack license will not be able to send/receive an SMS to/from the call queue or shared line group.
