Unable to use car's Bluetooth through new phone

I just bought a new Samsung phone. I cannot connect to my car's Bluetooth audio through the Zoom app at all. It is very frustrating. I cannot find an audio setting in either the app or website that helps. My Bluetooth audio is working perfectly for evey other app.

    Hi @JPP44

I'm not familiar with the Android version of the mobile app. On the iPhone there are additional options for the Zoom app in the Settings for iOS. Maybe you'll find something in the Android equivalent.

    I hope that helps!

Did you ever get this working? I'm looking into zoom phone and really need it to bluetooth to my car because I travel so much.

I had a similar problem and upon going through a few forums, someone finally found the solution and it works. This is what you should do: try adding the "nearby devices" permission through the Zoom app settings

I have done that and it still doesn't connect. Permission is granted. Headset connects to zoom, other phone apps can connect to car. But zoom alone won't connect to car. Keeps coming out of phone, or will do headset. No car stereo. Anybody have ideas?

same problem very annoying if it was for me I would not use zoom altogether.

    Hello community members!

Please try clearing the cache and data for the Zoom app in your Android or Apple device settings, then log back into Zoom and test the functionality again.
