Trying to connect a Polycom phone to our Office's main Phone #

I am trying to connect a Polycom phone to the Office's Front Desk phone #.  The phone number is not assigned to a User. How would I go about this process ?

    Hi @OwenParker,

     

    This depends on who the Front Desk phone number is assigned to and whether the phone is already provisioned.

    Once it's provisioned, you can route to the desk phone based on who the Front Desk phone number is assigned to:
