On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I need a template example to get started. Specifically, I want to populate the Auto Provision Server URL field for a batch of new phones. This is for Yealink T5 series phones.

Hi ighumphrey,
You might consider zero touch provisioning (ztp). Yealink t5 series phones support ztp. Assuming
(1) you have yealink provisioning ports open,
(2) you have zoom phone ports open,
(3) you have assigned on zoom phone each phone to its user, and
(4) you plug in the t5 series phone to your lan,
the phone will be automatically provisioned.

Please also see the zoom support articles on setting up zoom phone templates for desk phones. One example for yealink is
Yealink
local_time.ntp_server1=ntp_server_addr
local_time.ntp_server2=ntp_server_addr2
