TRYING TO HAVE THE ZOOM PHONE ON AN ANNUAL BILLING

I have spoken to five people, and no one knows how to switch to annual billing for Zoom Phone. I'm not sure if this is even an option. I have my Zoom Phone number set up, so there’s no way I'm canceling that number. It took two weeks to set up Zoom Phone properly. Any ideas?
