Silent notifications during meeting

Hi, I recently used zoom to follow webinars but I noticed that during meetings all notifications from other apps are silenced .. Is this normal? Or is it a bug? Is there a way to activate them (at least the vibration)? Thanks

I can not guarantee this will work, but I vaguely remember testing "don not disturb while in a meeting" on mobile devices and I think it blocked all notifications. In the setting for Zoom App on a mobile device, this setting is found under the Chat settings "Disable when in meeting".
