I have one of my users who's second call to her Poly VVX350 is not ringing thru when she is on the first line talking. The second calling party gets a message "Sorry, there is no one to answer your call" and I can't seem to find where or what I need to set, to allow the second call to ring thru. Appreciate any help/input.

Hi @Phranc
That would be the "When I'm busy on a call" option in the Zoom web portal for the User's Phone > Settings . It should be set to "Call Waiting" (see attached screenshot).

I hope that helps!
