SMS feature unexpectedly stopped working three weeks ago / still waiting for assistance with it

For over two years, I was able to use my organization's Zoom SMS feature. All of a sudden, I started having issues with being able to send any text messages three weeks ago. I imagine it is also affecting my ability to receive messages as well. My organization opened a support ticket about the matter two weeks ago, and I am still waiting to hear back.
Has anyone else had this issue where their SMS feature randomly stopped working as expected?
