SMS Campaign Complete and Active. Most staff can't receive an external SMS text, but can send them

We have a ticket submitted for this and I'm wondering if anyone else experienced this as new Zoom phone users.

One staff member can send and receive sms via Zoom, but most can only send SMS texts outbound.

If you had this problem and had it resolved, please share how and how long it took to resolve.
