SMS 10DLC Compliance without an EIN

I'm late to the party on this and just figured out that I can't send texts anymore. I never realized this was a requirement of mine.

How do I create a brand when I am a sole proprietor without an EIN.  This is not required for tax purposes for my business, so I don't plan to get an EIN. 

I tried to use my SSN - probably a dumb move - but that was rejected. Now what do I do? Anyone? Anyone? 

I keep emailing support with no response. Really upset right now. 

Also - how long does the approval process take??? Weeks???  I read that somewhere.

I did that but I don't it won't take the EIN number i got. Any updates?

I'm in the same boat, though just moved to Zoom Phone. Sole proprietor, told this will work w/o EIN, Brand, or Campaign, but I've yet to find a walk through for completing this 10DLC specific to our situation (one man, zero employees, zero campaigns now or plans in the future). Someone help please. Anyone?
