Regular Phone took a bath and Now only have my laptop

I need to make some calls to get my new phone ironically after my one and only took a bath yesterday. I was hoping to get a temporary set up with zoom phone but how logical is this and will it work because I can't verify my current number with my fried phone. Thank you for any help!

You should be able to sign in to your zoom account with your email address and password.  I suggest that you download zoom workplace application to your pc, mobile phone or laptop.  You can use any of these to make and receive calls.
