Hello there! I am new to zoom phone and I will be using it to take incoming calls from my clients. I have set it up on my desktop and mobile phone. I did try to test it out with one of my clients but whenever he calls me, the call notification does not pop up on my screen on either desktop or my phone. I will only found out that someone called because it showed up on the history. According to the person who called me, it say's that I am not available. I have ensured that my status is available and ringtone has been set as well. Need your help on this, please!

My experience is exactly the same.
New to Zoom phone ($10/m, metered)
Phone app (did not notify)
Call is in the log
Voice mail does not show up
Hopefully we can get some help to get this working.
