Phone inconsistent ringing through with an audible tone

Calls which are routing through from my Zoom phone "landline" to my cellphone from Zoom Phone are not ringing through audibly. They are going directly to voicemail, which is also captured in an email. I can't find how to have Zoom Phone calls have an audible ringtone. I would be grateful for any suggestions.
