On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

What I can share is that we've been using Poly obi302 and they work reliably, the ATA has 2 RJ11 jacks so you can feed 2 POTS using one device. What I have observed which may or may not be similar to your use case is that certain type of fax machines and stupid old postage meter machines will always be seen as off-hook and not only that, they'll cause the Poly obi302 to reboot spontaneously just by sitting there. I didn't dig into this, I suspected the internal resistance of these old machines was too low (probably designed for 80s analog crossbar type switches) and triggered the obi to see them as "off-hook" - the solution was to trash these old machines and replace them with modern fax and as for the postage meters - Ethernet connected Pitney Bowes ones.
