Phone Extensions Forwarding

Is it possible to forward extensions for people who left the company to other users or to just add additional extensions to a user?

I don't want to have an extension just dropping calls when someone leaves or moves departments.

Hi @Tim_L 

 

A User in Zoom Phone only can have one extension as far as I am aware, even if they have multiple direct inward dial numbers (DIDs). 

 

Is your concern about people calling into a DID?

 

You could remove the former employee's Business Hours, and then set the Closed Hours > When a call is not answered to "Forward to another extension".
