One Tap Mobile Disconnecting

For the last week one-tap mobile immediately disconnects.  I have the dial in number, two commas, the meeting ID and end with "#".  The call drops.  Does anyone have an idea what I'm doing wrong?

according to zoom support article, this has been fixed in ios 16.5.  please see support article for details.
