Hi Team,
I have poly VVX501 common area phone installed for reception and i need to configure multiple line to that phone.
How to configure a multiple line to one phone ??

It depends on what type of lines you mean. You can add multiple DIDs to the same phone and they will all come in across the same line. You can have a common phone be a part of multiple call queues or shared lines also. The shared lines will show as separate lines on the device. To configure which line lands where on the phone you edit the keys and positions via the common phone settings in the web portal.
