Missing zoom calls when logged into zoom on another device

Hi I need help.

 

our company has a zoom phone system where I am to receive sales calls on my iphone.

 

I'm finding if I use zoom for a meeting on my home desk top or on my macbook it apparently logs me out of my other devices and I miss these calls.  My phone will to ring.  And I'm unaware I'm getting calls?  How can I fix this.  It's very frustrating.  My phone is not ringing for these sales calls.

If you are missing Zoom calls when logged into Zoom on another device, it may be because Zoom doesn't allow multiple devices with the same user to be in an active meeting at the same time. Make sure to log out of one device before joining a Zoom call on another to avoid missing calls.
