The Voicemail tab has the ability to mark messages as "unread" but the SMS tab does not. Often I get an SMS and need to check it to see if it's an emergency...and if not I want to mark it as Unread so I remember to check it again later.
Seems like a pretty standard feature...and hopefully easy to implement. Can this be added? Also hoping to get some thumbs-up here to help Zoom realize this is of value. Thanks!

We would love this feature for our customer support team using SMS!
