Issue with Zoom Phone Service despite Having US/CA Metered Calling Plan and Active User Status

I cannot make a call from Zoom Phone despite having the US/CA Metered Calling Plan and an active user status. I keep receiving the message 'Sorry, we cannot complete your call; your service plan does not support calling to this destination,' even though I've been calling numbers within the US only.
