Is there a way to set a notification tone for sms?

We just migrated to using Zoom Phone and thus the SMS feature for work. The first question a few folks asked me was how can I change the SMS notification sound. I can't figure it out on the desktop app or iPhone or Android. Uh oh. They say they can barely hear it etc...
