Invite Greeting when calling in particiants

Hello all,

I am wondering if there is a way to change/edit the Invite Greeting Message participants hear when they are called into a program. It currently says "Welcome to Zoom.  You have been added to the waiting room...."  I would like to add a sentence in that gives a heads up of who (Organization Name) is hosting the Zoom meeting.

I know I can change the Voicemail greeting but we do NOT use the Voicemail feature.  It's the INVITE GREETING (via call in) that I want to change.

Thank you all

Hello   @Scww

Unfortunately, this feature and greeting is currently set by design and not something customizable for customers. You can find out more about the feature here https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0061683

You can also find out more here https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0067414

If you are looking to be able to enhance the feature, please go to the Feature Request page and request an enhancement there: https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Feature-Requests/idb-p/ZoomFeatureRequests

I hope this helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.

Thank you,

Jake
