Internet Outage

Our organization is new to Zoom Phone, I'm amending my disaster recovery plan for the organization.  What happens to our phone system if the internet in our local area is down?

You will have no phone service as Zoom Phone is in the cloud. However, if your users have the Zoom app on their cell phones, they can receive calls that way using cell data.
