Integrating zoom with zoho crm via livehelp

I'm trying to integrate zoom with zoho crm, via livehelpnow tool and received the belo feedback from the support team in livehelpnow

Our team did some digging and have found that no direct numbers are attached to the authenticated user, only extension: 5278
For a phone call to make it to us the phone call must be routed to this extension.
