Hello,
When someone calls me from inside my company using my extension, when it rings to my cell phone I have to now press 1 to answer the call. This recently started happening. It sometimes hangs up when I go to press 1. Has this happened to anyone or does anyone know why this is happening?

Please log into your account at Zoom.us. From here find phone along the left-hand side. In the middle of the screen select settings. Scroll down to "Call Handling" and click edit next to "Call Handling", in the box that opens you will find a check box for the option to require pressing 1.
