Incoming calls to desk phone, computer and cell phone

Hello,

When someone calls me from inside my company using my extension, when it rings to my cell phone I have to now press 1 to answer the call.  This recently started happening.  It sometimes hangs up when I go to press 1.  Has this happened to anyone or does anyone know why this is happening?

Thanks,

Tonya

Hi TonyaJ,

Please log into your account at Zoom.us. From here find  phone along the left-hand side. In the middle of the screen select settings. Scroll down to "Call Handling" and click edit next to "Call Handling", in the box that opens you will find a check box for the option to require pressing 1.  YOu can find more information on call handling here https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360059966372-Customizing-call-handling-settings.
