Incoming call shows as Unavailable , does not show Phone Number when Ringing

Hi Team, 

We have observed a issue as when we are getting Incoming call , it shows as Unavailable, does not show Phone Number when Ringing. 

Sharing the logs samples for ref. 

Do let us know, Why it shows as Unavailable?
