I'm not clear on licenses needed for an office phone system on zoom

3 employees.

All 3 with cell phones. Outbound phone calls from cell phones to have the main number's caller ID. Inbound calls on main number need to ring all 3 cell phones (unless they've marked DND).

All 3 with desk phones. An additional desk phone in a conference room. (Poly) all 4 desk phones should ring on inbound calls and must be able to make outbound calls that have the main number's caller ID.

2 lines (so 2 concurrent phone calls can happen on PSTN).

I already got a calling plan. (We're low volume, so pay-as-you-go.)

Thanks in advance, but hey doesn't it seem like Zoom should have a page that helps you cost out your system? I'll write one once I figure out the rules and Zoom can buy it because it'll be so darn useful.

    Hi, Welcome to zoom.

    Please see my responses below:

All 3 with cell phones. Outbound phone calls from cell phones to have the main number's caller ID.

SS: Yes you can choose Outbound caller ids for all 3 cellphone numbers as the Main AR's number. They should all be assigned a  Zoom phone license since at a time you can run Zoom phone on any one cell phone, one desktop and one tablet. See KB for details:

    https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/12099759104269-Enabling-Select-Outbound-Caller-ID-Zoom-Phone-setting

Inbound calls on main number need to ring all 3 cell phones (unless they've marked DND).

SS: Yes in addition to calls ringing directly on your Zoom phone, each user can also setup under Call handling to ring their cellphones as well:

    Please follow this KB:

    https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360059966372-Customizing-call-handling-settings

All 3 with desk phones. An additional desk phone in a conference room. (Poly) all 4 desk phones should ring on inbound calls and must be able to make outbound calls that have the main number's caller ID.

SS: To a user, you can assign 3 Desk phones, who can share outbound caller ids.

Now if you have licensed each user ( assigned calling plans ), each user can be made part of the Main number's inbound calls ( Auto Receptionist). And one desk phone can be assigned to each. Additionally, one user can be assigned two phones ( one at their desk and one in conference room )

2 lines (so 2 concurrent phone calls can happen on PSTN).

    SS:

Yes you should be able to make two concurrent calls to PSTN and conference them. See this article:

If you need deeper costing model, you will need to reach out to your Zoom Account executive
