I cannot call back, but can receive calls to my Zoom phone app.

Hi,

Has anyone ever expereinced this? 

I can receive calls on my Zoom app on my cell phone but I can not call back and get this message: ERROR Call Failed.

    My name is Brandon. Thanks for joining the Zoom Community! When you go into the profile of your account on a desktop machine and web browser can you see that you have a Zoom Phone license assigned to your account?
