I am going on vacation - how do I get my phone to go to an out of the office message?

I am going on vacation - how do I get my phone to go to an out of the office message? I recorded the message in the settings screen and tested but VM doesn't pick up

Hi @KellyCFT 

 

In the Zoom Web Portal go to Personal > Phone > Settings https://zoom.us/pbx/page/telephone/myZoomTelephony#/my-cloud-phone/settings

 

Scroll down to Holidays Hours, click Edit then Add. Enter a description and the applicable start and end dates/times. I have one set up that I just change the dates and recording each time, but you could set up a new one for each vacation. See attached screen shot.
