Hello

I want to enable receive sms messages. I need to verify my tik tok business account and how can I enable receive sms messages. When I open mobile app and go to phone I have only 3 options: history, voice mail and lines. I don’t have sms.

I hope you are well. You will need to have a Zoom Phone license to have access to SMS.

beside the Phone License, you will also need to setup an SMS Campaign.
This was recently moved to Number Mnaagement -> SMS Campaigns.
It is suggested it takes 1-2 weeks for approval, but for me it was much longer and I was declined four times before I found the magic sauce. The magic for us was creating a Privacy Policy, putting that link on our website, and adding the URL to the application.
