Free/Basic plans can’t call. Most Pro accounts also don’t qualify to call; you have to be spending $200/monthly for phone support. If you are with a Business or large organization, only your Zoom account Admins have access to call.

Zoom Video Communications only offers phone support to paid plans (Pro, Business, Enterprise, Education).

If you have a free/basic account, you’ll need to use live chat, submit a support ticket.
