Holiday/Vacation Greetings

Is there a way to set up my holiday/vacation so that calls go directly to my voicemail without ringing?

Also, can someone explain the Call Handling options on Holiday List & Call Handling? Should I turn those sliders on or off? I just want the calls to go directly to my OOO voicemail.

please see screen shot.  example is new year's day holiday, greeting prompt is disable, route to user (pick user you want vm to go to.)
