Finding Call Metrics for in-bound calls?

Can anyone provide insight to help be view ZOOM stats on all inbound calls by Call Count, # Answered, # Misssed, # that went to Voicemail, # that hung up? Where can I find these data?

    Hi Jbonfield,

     

    This link will give you the Call Count, Answered Count, Missed Count but does not show the count that went to voicemail or hung up.

    From what I understand, user who subscribe to the Zoom Phone Powerpack have advanced metrics available to them.
