Dial by Name Directory has emails instead of first names

Looking at our company directory a few employees have their emails listed as their first name. Last names are correct. How do I change this? I tried in user profiles but their first names are listed correctly there. Thank you!

what company directory you are reffering on?

Normaly the users that exists will be assined to a free number -> so no special setting are made for naming when it's been assigned _> if there is something wrong with the names of your users you will have to look in their profile and change it there Profile

That's what's confusing. Their emails are listed as their first names in the directory. When I go to the user profile to change it, it is listed correctly.

Directory: company email Last Name

User Profile: First Name Last Name

hmm, can you try to create a new user just to test if you get everything right? Then assign a new number and check if it behaves the same
