When we rolled out Zoom Phone, we gave everyone a desk phone. However, some people like to use their mobile device or desktop application instead. For those people, we want to reclaim the phone for new employees that would like a desk phone.
Is there an easy way to generate a report that shows provisioned desk phones and the number of phone calls that desk phone has been involved in?

@justinmarthaler - While not the intent of the report, if you go into the Dashboard and click on the phone option at the top, choose the first tab (QoS), and then the second sub-tab (calls), you can sort by device type. If anyone doesn't have a call for their IP Phone, it would indicate they are not using it (at least in the time period selected).

Thanks for the response @colegs. That is a useful report and gets me a bit closer to what I'm looking for, but I think I'll have to download call logs and develop my own method for showing which individuals or phones have not been used. Do you know if any of the logs or reports have the MAC address of the IP desk phone that was involved in the call. It isn't in the QoS report you mentioned nor is it in the call logs that I downloaded. I can see the phone model number and firmware, but not the MAC address. I was hoping to compare a list of IP phones involved in calls against the master list of assigned phones.
