Cisco 7841 phones are listed as certified ZTP but...I'm probably missing something

Hi everyone,

So 7841 - fully supported but does exactly nothing. I wonder if I got the wrong "revision" or what not? I got Mfg. Part#: CP-7841-K9=

Could someone dealing with 7841s chime-in some wisdom for me? What the phone does is this: it gets an IP address (I can ping it fine) and then it sits with "Registration in Progress" message on its LCD:

Please carefully review Cisco's documentation for compatible models and firmware conversion from Enterprise to MPP to ensure that the devices are compatible with the required firmware and services.

Zoom Phone Certified Hardware – Zoom Support

Based on the part number, you probably have the version of 7841 used with cisco unified call manager.

You should have Cisco IP Phone 7841 shipped with Multiplatform Phone firmware

part number is CP-7841-3PCC-K9=
