Changing the default language for transcription with ZoomPhone

Transcriptions of ZoomPhone recordings cannot be translated into Japanese.

The default language for call queues and users is set to Japanese.
Do I need to change anything else?

have you tried setting the zoom phone default transcription language to japanese?

I have already changed the default transcription language to japanese all acounts, but it does not work.
