Changing Shared Line Voicemail

Hello! 

I am trying to update my shared line voicemail. I did not create the shared line, but have been added as an extension with permission to access, download, and delete. I am able to change and update my direct line voicemail, but cannot find where or how to update the one for the shared line.

How do I do this?

Hello Madison. I assume you referring to a "Share Line Group", Correct?

When you say "update the Share Line's Voicemail, Do you mean changing its Policy/Settings/Greeting?

For that you need "Phone Admin" privileges if I am not mistaken. If you are an Zoom Phone Admin, then you need to go to:

ADMIN > Phone System Management > Share Lines > Share Line Group, and from here you can select the Share Line Group in question and proceed to manage it.
