Cannot receive incoming calls.

New customer. Single line. I wanted to have all incoming calls ring on my phone and not go through the auto attendant. Finally figured out how to unassign the company number from the auto attendant to myself. In the process I have somehow caused my number to not be able to receive calls from the outside. If I call the number I get a message that call cannot be completed as dialed.

Was able to fix by reassigning the package to myself.

Do the Zoom portal call logs show the call reaching Zoom?
