Cannot open Zoom links in Outlook for iPhone get tap to install Zoom

Hi all

I have a few users who have Zoom Workplace on iOS devices , these are new devices, all up to date and have Zoom Workplace installed. When the users click on a Zoom link in Outlook for mobile they are greeted with "did not open Zoom? Tap to install Zoom Workplace app". I have uninstalled and re-installed the app, tried using different meeting links but get the same issue.

Any idea how I can troubleshoot this issue?

    Heya @JamesG_1

I had managed to fix this issue, turns out it was the Edge browser causing this issue, once that was deleted the Zoom links started to open in the Zoom app. Seems that the MDM Policy we had set caused some issues as we needed Edge to enable/sign-on to other apps.

I'm having this exact issue.  I've talked to co-workers who do not have it.  Anyone have any idea how to solve this?

This was exactly the issue.  Edge had been a requirement, but it looks like that requirement may have been removed.  I changed the setting to use the default browser and everything works perfectly now.  This will make joining meetings from the road safe again, thank you!

    Hi @SoftBoy159

Try zoom clean uninstall and then download and reinstall.
