I can ping google, opendns, cloudflare, from the web interface. I can not hit Zoom servers to provision. Half of my 62 phone provisioned, the other half can't. Any ideas on how resolve this

Hi,
You will want make sure your firewall is letting through the Zoom ports.
You can check the necessary settings and ports on the below Zoom article

hi morri,
for zero touch provisioning (ztp), you need to open firewall ports for both the phone manufacturer and zoom.
Getting started with provisioning desk phones
the way zero touch provisioning (ztp) works is that the desk phone tries to contact its manufacturer such as grandstream, cisco, hp/poly, or yealink. if you assigned the phone to your account with zoom, zoom lets your phone's manufacturer know to direct the phone to zoom for provisioning. in order for the phone to get to its manufacturer, your firewall has to permit your phone to reach its manufacturer.
what are the manufacturers and model numbers of the desk phones that need provisioning, i.e. hp/poly edge e series?
thanks,
eliot
