Can't find Phone recordings or transcripts?

I can't find my phone call transcripts or recordings. I can see in the log that the recordings were made, but no way to listen to or download them. I asked the chat box, but it couldn't understand the question.   maybe this helps this is my plan Zoom Workplace Pro Plus with US/CA Unlimited

In Logs - Calls, select a call with a “Y” in “Recording” and click Call Path.  You should see Auto Call Recording in the Result.  To hear the recording click the call icon.  Please see Viewing Zoom Phone recording logs.

Myself and my entire team are also having this issue, but that call path option isn't there when I try this. There's just a box with three dots in it that gives me the option to delete.
