Can't add ZP and kickstart our business

We're a startup company and we've been trying to get ZP service. There was an error when we were trying to add it and we've been going around in circles to finalise this. Can someone please help!

To use Zoom Phone, you need a subscription (paid Zoom Phone plan) for Zoom Phone.  The error message you got sounds like you do not have a paid plan yet.  If you have additional error messages, please let us know.

 

As of 10/27/2025, you can have one of the four plans offered in the US & CA:

US & CA metered plan for USD 10.00 per month per user plus a charge for minutes used,

US & CA Unlimited plan for USD 15.00 per month per user,

Pro Plus (Phone + Workplace Pro) for USD for USD 18.33 per month per user, and  

Business Plus ( Phone + Workplace Business) for USD 22.49 per month per user.

Genuinely appreciate the response Eliot.

 

Unfotunately, looks like we're out of luck in terms of acquiring Zoom business. As stated in our ticket BIL2229917. It's still unclear to me why but, it is what it is.
