Can't Access "Phone" on Zoom Popup Widget

I Zoom Popup Widget that sits on my desktop has suddenly lost it's option for "Phone".

My phone account is active and receiving calls, but without this, I am unable to make outgoing calls.

When I am in "Home", I click on "More" and the phone is no longer an option.

Any ideas?
