Calling going straight to voicemail and extension promp

When someone calls into my new zoom phone number it goes straight to voicemail and does not ring into my phone. Additionally, it does not just allow for someone to leave a voicemail but rather asked them for extension and all. I just want it to call through to my phone and if i dont answer it go straight to voicemaill and it's not allowing me to do so. I already set hours to 24/7.

I never got help and customer service was impossible to get a hold of to help resolve so I ended up just cancelling this part of my subscription and going with dialpad instead
