Callback Request

People dont seem to like leaving voicemail so we were hoping to set up the IVR to do something like 
Press 1 to leave voicemail
Press 2 to request a callback
Callback would recite their phone number and give them the option to input a different one. 
That info would be emailed to all members same as voicemail does. 

If theres currently a way to do this can someone direct me on where to find that info. 
If not could we add it as a feature request?

We currently don't have call back feature in Zoom Phone. This may be more of a feature request and your CSM may or can help you point to the right directions on that regards.
