CCX700 Handset not answering

Since the latest update to zoom app (5.12) picking up handset will not answer a call. You are required to tap accept on the screen. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi @mstringhamKT,

 

We have Yealink Zoom Phone Appliances also. The update to 5.12 didn't change that for us. I don't see anything in the Release Notes that talks about it. I would suggest submitting a ticket to Zoom Support at 

https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new.

according to zoom, the current firmware supported on ccx 700 is 7.3.1 (9/18/2022).  what firmware are you using?
