BLOCK OUTGOING CALLS - BUT LET INTERNAL TO EXTENSIONS ONLY

I want to block outgoing calls from certain extensions/common area phones? but i want them to be able to call internal extensions only? Anybody know how?

can you check zoom phone —>user—>user setting—>other—>Block External Calls
